Our Emergency Medical Services program provides world class
service and the highest standards of care. Under the direction of Dr.
Ben Smith, a local physician who received his medical degree from
the University of Indiana, we strive to offer the citizens of
Breckinridge County the very best pre-hospital care available.
We are just more than an ambulance ride to the hospital. We are an
equipped emergency room on wheels with highly trained EMTs and
Paramedics.
Below is a list of a few elements and procedures our crews are
trained and able to deliver care in:
Dextrose, Benadryl, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Lasix, Glucagon, Glucose, Atrovent, Lidocaine,
Magnesium Sulfate, Solu-Medrol, Narcan, Nitroglycerin, Phenergan, Sodium Bicarbonate,
Thiamine, Vasopressin among many more.
